Udvarthanam

Udvarthanam (Ayurvedic Powder Massage)
Udvarthanam is a unique Ayurvedic therapy that uses a special herbal powder massage to stimulate the body, improve circulation, and reduce excess fat. Unlike traditional oil massages, Udvarthanam involves massaging the body with warm herbal powders in an upward direction, creating a gentle exfoliating and detoxifying effect.
How It Works
Herbal powders made from ingredients like Triphala, Kolakulathadi, Musta, and Turmeric are applied to the body.
The massage is done in rhythmic upward strokes by trained therapists.
The dry powder helps in breaking down accumulated fat, toxins, and dead skin cells while stimulating the skin and muscles.
