Thai Massage

Thai Massage is an ancient healing therapy originating from Thailand that combines gentle stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic massage techniques to balance the body, mind, and energy flow. Often called “Yoga Massage,” it helps release tension, improve flexibility, and restore overall well-being without the need for oils or lotions.

How It Works

Thai Massage focuses on energy lines (Sen lines) of the body. The therapist uses hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet to:

  • Stretch muscles and joints

  • Apply gentle pressure along energy lines

  • Stimulate circulation and energy flow

The combination of stretching and massage improves flexibility, reduces stiffness, and promotes deep relaxation.

  • Relieves muscle tension and stiffness

  • Improves blood circulation
